CRISIS AND PLANNED PSYCHOTHERAPEUTIC ASSISTANCE IN A PANDEMIC (COVID19 INFECTIONS AND POST-COVID SYNDROME)

Crisis assistance was carried out by psychologists, psychiatrists and volunteer psychotherapists throughout Russia in the All-Russian project «We are near 2020» in the format of telemedicine directly in case of infection. In accordance with the law on telemedicine, the principles of online counseling for various types of patients (doctors and nurses, adolescents, pregnant women, the elderly, inpatients) were developed and tested. Crisis assistance was provided according to international protocols and was aimed at stabilizing the mental state and returning to its previous functioning, according to indications, it included psychopharmacotherapy. Routine psychotherapeutic assistance was addressed to patients with PTSD and postcoid syndrome, it was aimed at psychological rehabilitation. Since the recommendations of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation for the treatment of postcoid syndrome do not exist, a methodological psychodiagnostic apparatus and the principles of psychopharmacotherapy have been developed and tested. postcoid syndrome cannot be cured only by psychological correction and resource methods. At the departments of the North-Western State Medical University in 2020-2021. training of doctors and nurses in providing crisis assistance to patients was carried out.
