- Access to the Exhibition Area
Attention! Pre — and post-congress events and gala-evening are not included in the Congress fee and require separate payment.

Cancellations and refunds
In the case of a cancellation before January 26, 2020, 70% of the Congress fee will be refunded.
From January 26, 2020 and April 26, 2020, 50% of the Congress fee will be refunded.
After April 26, 2020 no refunds will be made.
The congress fee is transferable. In case you cannot attend the congress, you can transfer or sell the fee to another person.
